What's a reasonable CAC for B2B SaaS at early stage?

Series A SaaS here, $200k ARR. Our CAC from paid channels is around $800 for a $150/mo customer. That feels high but I'm not sure what's normal. We're not doing much organic/content yet. What are realistic CAC numbers at this stage? And what channels have you found most efficient for sub-$500 CAC?
Why MoMo flagged this

Moderate relevance. Poster is cost-conscious and exploring efficient channels. Community-led growth (what MoMo enables) is one answer to lowering CAC. Good for brand building but not a strong direct-product signal.
