Cold outreach is dead — what's actually working for B2B lead gen in 2024?

Our cold email open rates are down to 12%, reply rates under 1%. LinkedIn connection requests are getting ignored. PPC costs are insane. I've been hearing a lot about 'community-led growth' but most of what I read is vague. What does it actually look like in practice? How do you participate in communities in a way that drives pipeline without being that person who just drops their link everywhere?
Why MoMo flagged this

Community-led growth is a direct adjacent use case. Poster is open to new channels and specifically asking about genuine community participation — that's the exact workflow MoMo enables. Good opportunity to provide value with a concrete example.
